The main floor is beautifully furnished and features hardwood floors and a gas fireplace in the living room as well as large sets of sliding glass doors which lead directly onto the main deck facing Barnegat Bay. A large and fully-equipped kitchen completes the main floor and is perfect for entertaining any sized group.
Outside you will find perennial gardens, a gas grill and comfortable patio furniture. A private deep water dock with boat slip is located directly in front of the home for your recreational convenience. There is a swimming ladder for use during summer if you would like to take a dip in the bay.
The life-guarded, white sand, ocean beach is less than a five-minute walk away. If you don’t want to head to the beach or swim in the bay, cool off and relax in the home’s in-ground pool (non-heated with weekly maintenance).
